Truck Driver (Non CDL) (HEB Supermarket)

We're hiring drivers for a route collection program. Daily functions include truck inspections, mapping, picking up and moving large and odd shaped items weighing up to 70 pounds. In addition, this role will require accurate record keeping of route data, driver’s log and truck maintenance records. 3-5 years clean driving record. Ability to consistently/daily lift up to 70lbs. Ability to push or pull pallet jack and carts on wheels.

• Safely maneuver and operate a 10’-18’ box truck through residential streets and tights spaces
• Understand local streets and complete routes and any other assigned stops efficiently and use GPS
• Responsible for ensuring that trucks are mechanically sound, maintained, clean, swept and ready for use at the start of another shift
• Complete all required daily paperwork and delivery reports
• Assist other drivers with workload when needed and others tasks as assigned

• Should have prior driving experience, excellent knowledge of the roads in assigned area
• Demonstrate professional interpersonal relationship skills and strong customer service skils
• Demonstrate skills showing initiative, personal responsibility, and accountability
• Ability to operate a 16’-18’ box truck independently and complete a high volume of stops daily
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines with flexibility, and multi-task with minimal direction
• Must have valid driver’s license and 3-5 years clean driving record

Donation Center Attendant (Dallas)

We're hiring a Donation Center Attendant who will be responsible for accepting donations of clothing, household items, electronics and more on behalf of our nonprofit partners. You'll be our point of contact at the center assisting donors with the items they are donating.

• Oversee the entire process, greeting donors in a friendly manner in the Recycle Orange uniform.
• Engage in pleasant conversation while acquiring donations from donors by utilizing the bin.
• Assist donors with their donations and help to unload their vehicles.
• Assist truck driver during donation pick-ups.
• Organize donations in the stock room and maintain the cleanliness of the site, both inside and outside.
• Fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked with the necessary tools for job completion and other duties as assigned
• Must be able to be on-site during working hours.

• Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
• Have an outstanding ability to interact with people, and strong desire to provide magnificent service.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50lbs continuously throughout the day.
• Self motivated with ability to work independently and communicate effectively with donors, co-workers and management.
• Ability to work in outside conditions within the different seasons.
• Positive mindset, Punctual, Strong sense of urgency and able to take initiative in Job Duties.
